Our small group training classes are designed to challenge you, push you, and bring out your strongest self — all in an environment that feels like family. Rooted in strength training, functional movement, and proper form, each session is built to help you:

With no more than 12 people per class, you’ll get the individual attention of personal training — with the camaraderie and drive of a team around you.

Can't make it in person? No problem.
We also offer these sessions live via Zoom, so you can train with us from anywhere and never miss a beat.

FIT FOR RETIREMENT / SENIOR STRENGTH TRAINING

 Our Senior Strength & Mobility Class is designed specifically for adults 55 and up who want to stay active, strong, and independent.

In every session, we focus on improving:

  • Strength — to support daily movement and bone health
  • Balance — to reduce fall risk and improve stability
  • Mobility & Flexibility — to keep joints feeling good and bodies moving with ease

We use low-impact, joint-friendly movements paired with expert coaching in a supportive group setting. Whether you're just getting started or looking to maintain your progress, this class meets you where you are — and helps you keep living life on your terms

YOGA

Join us every Saturday for a yoga experience that blends mindful movement, flexibility training, and deep relaxation— perfect for recovery, stress relief, and total body wellness.

Our yoga sessions are designed to:

  • Calm your mind
  • Unlock tight muscles and joints
  • Restore energy and focus

Whether you're winding down from a tough week or easing into a new one, this class helps you reconnect with your body and reset your mindset.

All fitness levels are welcome — beginners encouraged!
