I started FBD with one goal in mind — to create a space where everyone feels seen, supported, and capable of achieving real results.
As a former Division I athlete, I know what it takes to push your body — but I also understand the importance of moving with purpose, staying mobile as we age, and training with intention.
My approach is simple:
